Scotch Creatives partnered with sister agency Chorus to deliver an immersive, multi-sensory Johnnie Walker experience at Fotografiska for Bar Convent Berlin 2024.
Project overview
Guided by Johnnie Walker brand ambassadors, guests embarked on a four-part journey beginning with 'Liquid Dynamics', where LED totems displayed Zach Lieberman’s digital artwork inspired by Johnnie Walker expressions, alongside sustainable innovations like the Paper Pulp and Blue Label Ultra bottles. Next, Global Brand Ambassador Tim Philips-Johansson guided guests through 'Flavour Immersion', featuring an unreleased liquid accompanied by a bespoke soundscape and lighting design inspired by the liquid (Halina Rice, Carlota Nuñez-Barranco’s). After a portrait session with renowned photographer Tarek Mawad in 'Brand Me', guests arrived at our curated bar experience. Here, Scotch Creatives brought the journey full circle, serving signature serves including the standout 'Ruby Cosmo', each presented on personalised Johnnie Walker coasters. This harmonious blend of art, technology, and liquid perfectly showcased the brand's innovation while honouring its heritage. The experience continues its global journey, heading to Athens in November before expanding to additional regions throughout 2025.
